With over 35 years of extensive industry experience, Mathewhas earned a reputation as the "go-to" expert in the field, having successfully cultivated relationships with both Vendors and Buyers alike. He's been an indispensable asset to the company since joining in 2013.

Prior to joining Benchmark Business Sales & Valuations, Mathew has an impressive background in the supermarket industry. He worked in the corporate world as a Regional Manager and Area Manager with Metcash and owned and operated his own IGA and Supa IGA stores. His rich experience enables him to have a keen understanding of the industry and the needs of business owners and buyers.
Mathew's extensive network includes professionals from financial institutions, Solicitors, Accountants, Store Designers, and all associated trades. He provides Consultancy Services for new owners entering the industry and has valuable business connections with Developers for "Greenfield" sites (new commercial buildings). In addition to this, Mathew has demonstrated expertise in selling commercial properties and has a substantial list of quality investors ready to make a purchase.
